Our trajectory

From idea to digital ecosystem

Milestones that marked InfoOrganiz's path from its beginnings to today.

In 2018, a team of three people began designing a tool to solve document dispersion in small businesses. The first prototype, launched in 2019, allowed tagging and searching files from a single panel. The response from early users was key to adding collaborative features.

In 2021, the platform incorporated version control and role-based permissions, attracting teams of up to fifty people. A year later, automation of repetitive tasks became the most requested feature. Today, InfoOrganiz manages over two million documents per month and has clients in twelve countries.

Our reason for being

We believe that information should be organized, accessible, and secure so you can focus on what matters.

Why InfoOrganiz was created Because most teams waste hours searching for files, versions, and emails. We want to end this dispersion by offering a platform that centralizes, classifies, and protects every document without extra effort.

How we do it We apply digital organization principles: smart tagging, role-based permissions, version control, and simple automations. All in a clean environment, without visual noise or features no one uses.

What you achieve Less wasted time, more clarity in processes, and a team working from the same updated information base. Modern productivity starts with having content under control.
