Under no circumstances shall InfoOrganiz be liable for damages exceeding the total amount paid by the user during the six months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies even if the possibility of such damages has been advised.

The user may cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings panel. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.
InfoOrganiz may suspend or terminate access to the service if the user breaches these terms, without the right to a refund. In the event of termination due to reasons attributable to the company, the proportional part of the unused period will be refunded.
Upon termination of the service, the user may export their data for a period of 30 days. After that period, the company may delete all information associated with the account.
